Hyundai Motor Finance They don't care if i die... Fountain Velley California

The worst finance company I have ever experienced. My leased car was STOLEN, in the burglars hands for FIVE day, involved in a  DRIVE BY SHOOTING of three people!!!!! & then abandoned. With minor damage to the bumpers, it was put into a body shop, repaired and returned to me. Every single day, I am in constant fear for my life while i'm driving this car.

I live 10 minutes away from where the shooting happened, and work 5 minutes away from the location. The 3 gang members shot from my car are still alive, as well as the gang members who stole it in the first place, and probably out looking for my vehicle. I contacted Hyundai Motor Finance and told them that I was in fear for my life, traumatized, and extremely upset by the whole situation.

I was contacted by an Adrianna Gomez from the care department, who informed me they take this very seriously and would look into a solution of either swapping me out for a comparable vehicle, or ending my lease and having me re-start a 3 year one, which i was willing to do. it took them THREE weeks to get back to me (2 of them with constant outgoing phone calls and no return calls), Adrianna calls me back and says that they aren't going to do anything to help me, they have no solutions.

It took them THREE weeks, and giving me a sense of false hope, to tell me that I am sh*t out of luck. It's really sad when Hyundai Motor Finance cares more about money, and not losing out on a couple of dollars, then the LIFE of their customer. If something does happen to me in this car over the remainder of my lease period, I will be suing this company for their lack of sympathy, care, and complete disregard for my safety. I wish they cared more about their customers then MONEY. DO NOT USE HYUNDAI MOTOR FINANCE, THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU DIE!!!!!!!!
