The IRS are lying cheating scum that dont follow their own rules and change them as necessary to screw the taxpayer and charge excessive and ridiculous penalties. They actually went back into a tax year from 2003 to change my tax owed from 0 to .01 to have a balance and ten accumulate and charhe me penalty andf interest for 12 years!  What the h*** happened to the 10 year end of collection rule?  They don't follow that either!  ...and they accuse taxpayers of cheating...they are 100% CRIMINALS!
