Live Technician Black Mail, Communications Fraud, Identity theft Las Vegas Nevada

Malware error appeared on screen, Normally I would ignore, this one said do not shut down, if you do, it will lead to data loss and failure of operating system, contact the technical support hotline to rectify the issue. Phone number was listed 3 separate times on warning. 1-866-985-5047.

Reached a hindu man who called himself "Aldrin Taylor". He seemed concerned with my problem. Said, "do not worry, I am here to help you with that."

He informed me that his company, Line Technician, has partnered with Microsoft because, " there is no way that Microsoft can possibly address all of the customer concerns they have." He had me help him sign into my computer with the assist program. He proceeded to hop ALL through my computer showing me all of the things that were wrong, "don't worry, we're going to fix all of your problems, that's what we're here for." All the while telling me about, " hackers and how they don't work and that is all they have to do all day...steal bank account numbers, social security numbers, bank account numbers, etc, etc. "

"Do you see this? and this?" What's this?" That's my email, I said.  He was showing me that there wasn't anywhere that he couldn't access.

Then it hit me when he said, "We're going to fix this and this and this for free...and to fix this.......there will be some charges." How much, I asked. Anywhere from 2 to 5 hundred dollars.

Oh, I get it! You're the virus! It's YOU holding my computer and personal information for ransom!! You are the hacker!

He was protesting all the while when I said that I had to contact some people and get back to him. He immediately erased all of the info that he had brought up on the screen, but I had managed to save another telephone number that was supposed to be his direct number. After several attempts to reach him at that number , someone who sounded just like him said that there were several people working there with that same name!

I did warn them of my intentions.

He remained signed into my computer, and I am sure that my identity is going to be hijacked. I need an attorney and the telephone number to the FBI.
