Live Technician Online Resolve Scam, rip off, pressure sales Internet

I called a number on the internet because I was having issues with my hotmail password.  The number I called belonged to a company called online resolve apparently belonging to Live Technician.  After asking permission to get remote access to my computer the company representative explained that my computer was hacked and he could fix it.  After I told him that I was skeptical that he wasn't the actual hacker he had finally convinced me that that was not the case.  He then said he vold offer me 3 years of computer repairs to desolve the issues on my computer.  He said it would cost $289.99.  Hesitantly I agreed and signed a contract for their services which I believe is a scam.
