Macy's Department Stores National Bank a.k.a. Macy's Falsely reporting information to credit agencies, dropped credit limits with no explanation or notice Mason, OH Nationwide

Quite by chance I found a notation on my credit report Macy's had cut my credit limit by $800. I was never told or given a reason. When I called I was told it's not their issue its the credit bureau.

Macy's linked its card with Amercican Express when I opened the account I had a $5000 limit. Great to have in case of emergencies. Another call to Macy's to check the AMEX portion of the card, response "oh we cut that to $300 because you never used it". They NEVER notified me once.

Macy's refuses to correct anything, they are operating with inaccurate credit report data and to this day haven't given a reason why my Macy's limit was cut, even though I make 2 payments per month on my bill, never been late nothing adverse at all.
