I do not recommend this site www.nomorerack.com to anyone. They send out defected broken products. They take your money and then give you the run around and a number to call where nobody ever answers the phone all I get for almost a week now is a busy dial tone.       

I bought this 7" Tablet for my daughter for Christmas their return policy is 7-14 days. I of course checked the product  out right away but my daughter has the problems now. If the Tablet is on for more than 5 minutes it turns its self off and all the pictures she tried to download are deleted. REALLY I could not return this item in time because it was a gift and for what I read about other complains I would not even have a chance to do so. 

What about the insurance company I suppose to deal with? Why in the world nobody answer the darn phone?

It seem like you get through only one time and they say it will be a  long waiting time and they give you a web site to visit for further assistant. Well I was not prepared for that so I hung up got me a pen and paper. Guess what all I get now is a busy dial tone. They have my # in the computer and they probably blocked me.

I know for sure I will never ever buy from that company again and I will warn every one I can..........Mark my words every one.
