I ordered a IRola 7" Tablet. At first it was fine until it stop coming on. It freezes at the startup screen. When I ordered the tablet it says I will have a 1 year warranty. I get the warranty card and by my surprise the number is not in service. this is very bad customer service. I then went to find NMR phone number only to find out that they want you to email them. I dont know what type of business they are running, but it sucks. So I emailed them and haven't received anything back. They didnt have a problem taking my money. But I am having a very hard time getting in contact with A PERSON to discuss this issue. THIS IS TOTAL B*******!!!!!!
The f***** up part is that they are going to put an automatic comment on this post as if they give a f***. Your customer is not number 1, but there money is. F*** Off NMR. YOU WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE EVER AGAIN.
