On December 2nd, 2013 (Cyber Monday) Nomorerack.com had a deal for a "MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual Camera Tablet PC with Accessories" for $59. I ordered 2, 1 black one and 1 orange one, for my neice and nephew. On Dec. 15th, 2013 the item finally shipped via USPS Tracking id: 9405510899452007682071 , which Nomorerack.com claims had (2) items in the package. It arrived yesterday, 12/19/2013. 

Upon opening the package I discovered they sent me only the Black one, and not the Orange one. I went and checked my bank account, verified I was charged for 2, then checked their website and verified 2 were ordered and 2 were supposedly shipped. There was no damage to the package and the seal was intact until I opened it.

So I attempt to use their Live Chat feature, but it was after 6pm EST (which is 4pm MST where I live) so it only allowed me to send an e-mail. So I send one and get an auto-reply telling me it could take up to 48 hours to respond to me. This is unacceptable as these are Christmas presents and judging by how long it took them to send this product the first time, there is no doubt in my mind they will be doing nothing to get this correct by next wednesday Dec 25th.

So I decide to go into work a little later so that I can get a voice on the phone. So I call the number after they open, only to hear a recording that due to the holiday they are requesting only E-mailing customer service, then hangs up on me. I call back and try to break through the phone tree by hitting buttons, one at a time, with no luck. So their statement that "Due to High Call Volume" is untrue, as no body can get through their message to contact them via E-mail only.

So I try to go to the LIVE Webchat. It's during normal hours of operation so you'd think it'd work. Wrong again. It sends you to the e-mail form, where you type out your issue all over again, and then it emails it to them. The auto generated email even says "Live Chat Offline" even though their website claims to have it during business hours, 9am - 5pm EST.

I have yet to receive a response to my email, either via email or phone, and at this point have gotten ahold of my bank to look into the proper steps to dispute the charges. I have sent an email again to them demanding a response before End of Business day, but who knows if they'll actually respond by then. If not I'll be disputing these charges and will never grace this companies website again. I knew I should of stuck with Amazon, at least they have integrity and real customer service.
