I placed an order with nomorerack.com and purchased quite a few items.  I received my order in several shipments and one day, I received a package from nomorerack that I did not order.  I looked online and they had that it was part of my previous order. I had never seen this ice scraper before.  Because I hate to return things, I had my son go out and try it. It was a heated scraper and it didn't work.  I immediately tried to call and there was a message that they weren't taking calls because of high volume and that you had to email them. I emailed them the same day that I received it and got an email the next day saying that they would check into it and get back to me.  I never heard from them so I continued to send emails asking for a Return Authorization number.  I still didn't get a reply!  Finally, on the 4th or 5th email, I received a reply giving me a spiel about how they care about customer service and how they wanted to help me.  They said that it was past the 14 day return policy so I couldn't return it and that I should have contacted them sooner!!!! I sent emails back and forth explaining that I had contacted them multiple times and had not gotten a response. They said that they were sorry but it was against company policy to let me return it!  I hadn't even ordered the item!!!  So I was stuck with an $8.99 item that I didn't order and that didn't work.  I guess I'm lucky that they didn't send an item that cost more.

Nomorerack.com waited to respond to my emails until the 14 days had passed so that they wouldn't have to let me return the item. This is a company who will scam you whenever they can!!!!

i had ordered from them several times and had not had a problem. When i told them that they would not get my business anymore, they could have cared less. I told them to take me off of their email list and they just said to go on one of their emails and unsubscribe. They don't care if they retain their customers or not!  Even if they don't do anything wrong for a few orders, they will get you later!!!!  DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!  They will screw you and take your money!!!!
