OAN ripoff fraudulant billing on my telephone bill Northridge California

I received my telephone bill and found two charges I did not make: one for $4.33 for "directory assistant to a 702 number" and one for $1.65 to "USF Carrie Radmin Fee", each billed as "on behalf of Teleseven LLC" by www.oanweb.com, their phone for questions & rates, call 1-800-944-9646.
