Personnel Concepts High Pressure Sales Carol Stream Illinois

This company will not take no for an answer.  I ordered a product from them and instead of getting what I ordered, they called and high pressured an employee at my company to upgrade.  

$15.90 product vs their final total of $175.86.   

When I called to complain and asked to cancel the product, I was told it was enroute and I'd have to accept it and then call for a return authorization (less shipping charges of course).  What a ripoff.  

They won't take no for an answer.   They just push and push until you finally give in so they will shut up.    

How do companies like this stay in business.
