I was somewhat surprised to find that there were so many complaints reported on TJ and his company by some of you and how recent they were.  I guess I should have done my homework before dealing with this sad excuse for a company.

I agreed to start with a purchase of 25 leads for $320 and TJ charged my account on Sept 11.  The leads would start coming in on Tues Sept 18.  Well Tuesday rolls around and there are no leads.  So I call TJ and he tells me that he refunded me the money the day after it was charged because of an error with the amount that was taken out.  Naturally, I check my account and not only was there no refund or pending but the amount charged was actually the amount that we had agreed upon.   He had no explanation for why there was no money in my account but insisted that they 100% refunded the money and maybe my bank was just taking a long time.   Also, he had no explanation for why he waited for ME to call HIM, a week later, before notifying me of the refund.

This ended up being a recurring theme with him as he said he would get back to me later that day regarding the refund but doesn't.  After a couple days of back and forth, he tells me that his payment processor DIDN"T submit the refund due to ANOTHER error.  After even more back and forth he agrees to start the service and that he would just charge my account again if the refund goes through, and that he would be sending me an agreement to sign. 

Well he never sends the agreement.  I call him several times that day and they next day and no answer.  Instead he sends an email afterwards saying tough luck, but that if I still want the leads I can pay him.  So basically,  I have wasted a week going back and forth, I still don't have my money or even a projected date of when I will get my money, I don't have any leads and he wants me to let him charge my account AGAIN!?!?  Who in their right mind would let this guy take more money after displaying such unethical and incompetent business standards?  Not only does he not have the balls or common courtesy to get back to his clients in a timely manner, he is a BLATANT LIAR as well!!

Everyone please do yourselves a huge favor and stay far far far away from this "company"!  It's funny too, because I see him making responses to comments about how there will be no more complaints because he fired all his telemarketers who were the ones causing the problems.  The thing he is in denial about is that HE is actually THE PROBLEM!  So he needs to fix the problem by firing himself.  Heck, I will even help him get a head start by reporting him to the Attorney General.  Any of you who have dealt with this FRAUD should do the same.  And again for those of you who haven't, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Get a real job? O by that you mean company. Second Like you probably already know by now you got your refund. You obviously dont know how merchant accounts work. I never received your 300 dollars my merchant account never gave it to me, theres a time in between where you wait for them to deposit the money. I refunded it before that time, they swore to me in costumer service they refunded it. i was just as angry and frustrated as you were but you turn to insults thinking you were affecting me. Thats not even a company anymore and im on here explaining this to you so obviously I take responsibility. This internet age and the time we live in just affords people to make things seem how they want so this is why Im dealing with this issue. You need to post that you received your refund here

Just the fact that you have to "bet", as opposed to actually KNOWING, as to what happened with the money that YOU took out of my account, just further proves how clueless and lacking in responsibility you are.  And FYI, I have yet to receive any refund, and as such, I am trying to file a claim through my bank just the like many others who have made the mistake of giving you their payment information.

So you really tell yourself that I BEGGED you for leads?  Is that really how your little mind makes sense of the situation?  So let's go over this one more time...  You take my money.  You supposedly refund my money the day after you took it out because you screwed up.  1 week later with still no refund, I straight up tell you to give me my money or give me leads and you think that situation was me begging you for a favor?!  Yeah sure, TJ. Whatever lets you sleep at night.

And, don't worry about me.  My business is doing just fine despite having to endure dealing with you and your so called company.  At least I don't have all these ripoff complaints from customers AND employees that I have to deal with! 

Oh, and here are some more words of wisdom for you.  GET A REAL JOB AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!

Shut up, you could let Framers corp read this and I wouldnt give a sh*. Obviously im not trying to be professional dumb a*s. You called my company a fraud with no base so I came to show you a liar. Notice how you didnt speak about any of the claims I made because you know what i said is true. your only problem is you got your feelings hurt because I didnt cradle you and say O no the baby needs some leads. I told you tough luck wait for the refund in a few days. No mention of that huh? I bet you got that refund liar. Bet you have that money. Isnt that why you came on here? Policy 5 stole your money liar. No we didnt and my post talked about that issue. As to your jargon about me being unethical and unprofessional... my gosh man who made some lame producing agent whos probably going to lose his agency in a few months for low production the notary of my performance as a business man? I didnt and I think thats what counts. Point is I dont give a d**n about what you think about me. What i care about is your bullsh* (yeah I cursed) remarks about our integrity. But as a wise person told me tonight, cant defend your integrity with someone who doesnt have any themselves, you'll never admit that you got your money days later and that I was telling you the d**n truth and you jumped to conclusions and got your feelings hurt. Dont try to grade me dude i didnt give you that role. Go meet your quota

I, too, also wish that we could upload voice recordings to this website so everyone can hear the raging voicemail that you left me yesterday calling me every profanity in the book, while making threats to write complaints about me; really classy stuff.  But the fact is there are several separate incidents of you abusing peoples trust and resources on this and other sites like the Better Business Bureau, and it's just sad that you cope with this situation by thinking you are going to get revenge on everyone by making complaints about complaints.

TJ, I am glad that you are responding to all of the complaints about you on this site, because you always end up reaffirming all of our descriptions of you being completely unprofessional and unethical.  Maturity, is another department in which you are completely lacking.  You don't even have the sense, to pause and take a deep breath, during your raging and mostly incoherent rants, to realize that you are actually doing yourself a disservice by conducting yourself in such a manner.  You literally sound like stuck up brat right out of high school.  Do you really expect people to take you seriously as a business person when you address complaints in way like you won a radio contest by doing a shoutout to your kid?  No, TJ, that's because you are not a business person.  In fact you are the antithesis to what a business person should be.  And I really hope your kid is not reading your comments because frankly, all you do is further embarrassment yourself.

First off this one is for my son because I could give a crap about what any of you pissed off psychos think about what we are doing and have done. 

Cameron this goes to show that even when you are trying to help someone that they will still turn on you and try to blur your reputation. This guy purchased leads from us and SAIL PAY the merchant processor had to refund his money because of an error. I called this man and told him this he begged and begged and begged me to let him get leads and pay later, good thing I didnt because look at this tiger go hes on here talking crap. Boy the internet today needs to quit, I swear. Anywho I told this man Jamie Cruz is his name that SAIL PAY was refunding him and to get the refund probably the next day and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR HIS LEADS. At the time CAMERON im faced with countless chargebacks because my whole s**t collapsed because our business runs off of the money we bring in and because of an employee I hired that sold all of these people you see complaining here that did things like not put agents on the calendar while im trying to run the call center we had agents chargeback rightfully and the funding got screwed up. So all these people are from the same time period. This man shouldn't even be on here, hes mad because i didnt give him free leads but i COULDN'T IM NOT RICH AND I DIDNT THINK YOU WOULD PAY ME.  

AND ITS GOOD THAT YOUR CALLING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WE HAVE RECORDS TO SHOW THAT WE HAVE HONOR AND INTEGRITY AND THAT SADLY THESE PEOPLE ARE SEVERELY MISTAKEN, WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY WITH SOME OF THE PERKS WE GIVE. WE ACTUALLY CARE, IF I DIDNT WHY WOULD I BE ON HERE. AND WHY DONT YOU STOP LYING I DIDNT SELL YOU THE SERVICE MAN, STOP YOUR BS. 


Anyways Cameron your dad is not a fraud or what ever these pissed people want to say, we legitimately hire callers to call leads and give them to agents and not one of them was faked. When things got under funded we postponed the accounts and this is why they are pissed by making someone wait does not make you a phony. Here is the email to back up my claim and this number in the email is callable. Cameron I even provided this man with an audio recording of the Sail Pay support person promising me to have the issue taken care of he even mentions Jamie Cruz. This man is a liar and im going to make sure he doesnt attacks the next mans honor when its undue. 


Im off to review Mr Cruz on every site possible - here Sail Pays letter. I wish i could post the audio I gave to Jamie Cruz Cam but they dont let you on this site.
