PROPERTY 23 P23 Consumer's Beware -- Property 23's AWESOME CASH FLOW PROPERTY is not so Awesome Orem, Utah

Just reviewed one of P23's listings still out on youTube - he sure did make you feel like it was a spectacular piece of property with the fancy techno music playing in the background. If I didn't know this neighborhood was one of the worst in the city, I might have been dupped as well.

N. Keystone Ave in Indianapolis, IN is as run down and scary as they come. The home was built in 1920's and from the video the inside doesn't look too bad until you see the bathroom, kitchen and basement. Outdated bathroom. Rust in the tub; looks as though the tub might fall through the floor any minute. Outdated kitchen. Basement looks like it has had some flooding as the walls are bubbly.

If these are they types of home this guy was selling to people to make a profit, he selected the wrong homes. In this neighborhood, you'd be lucky to get rent if you didn't get shot collecting it first. Nice job looking out for your investors safety there dude.

BTW - the 67 year old never mentioned he heard your AD on IR 8 months prior, where did you come up with that mess of words?

I am about to loose tens of thousand of dallars after dealing with this company.

I can not go into detail at this point due to the fact that I am attempting to negotiate with them

My question to Mr Whalen is, why, if you have so many satisfied customers and hve made such
large profits do you not negotiate with the disatified customers to keep your name and reputation in tact. It appears as though you had to change your Co. name: move to a new address and change phone numbers to avoid trouble.

We are honest people who have spent a lifetime saving money in preparation for the day when work is no longer an option and one should have the ability to pay for medical care without help from family members.

You will soon get whats coming to you Ive been informed by the US Trustees Office that the Department of Justice is aware of your scam. In the meantime, Ive done my part to warn people about you opportunistic parasites.

Why people have to LIE I don't know, but I will share something with you that proves that whoever this 67 year old person writing this is LYING to you. Not that Property 23 needs to prove anything because the fact that we have sold so many properties, and the fact that Property 23 has so many successful clients stands for itself.

This person said that they heard a "paid radio ad on the internet" and they heard it 8 months ago. PROPERTY 23 DID NOT HAVE ANY RADIO or INTERNET ADVERTISING 8 MONTHS AGO. So Mr or Mrs 67 year old, why would you LIE and say you heard a radio/ internet ad 8 months ago when you did not?

Property 23 now offers multiple marketing opportunities. I would be happy to talk with anyone who has heard any crap like what this person has written, and I would be happy to share TRUTHFUL statements about PROPERTY23 with you.
