I bought an as is vehicle from this dealer, which they told me "orally" I would have a 60 day warranty.  I was not offered a test drive because when I went to get it, the salesman pointed out the window and said "theres your car, but you wont be able to take it for a ride because they have to clean rust off the brakes". I sat for around 4 hours signing everything, and I was so happy I was stupid and didnt even understand half the stuff I signed.  When they finally said I could drive it home, I left.  On the way home I heard a noise in the wheel and the emergency brake light kept flashing off and on.  I called them the very next morning at 9 a.m. and told the mechanic. He automatically said "it sounds like a wheel bearing".  Wouldn't he had known that when he worked on rust on the brakes?

I told them I was bringing this car back and I wanted my trade in back. I was told my trade in was taken to an auction. I told her to call the guy that took it on his cell phone and bring my car back, dont auction it off. I called later that afternoon to see if he brought it back, now she said they demolished. "The next day"? I took new one  down the following week and they replaced the wheel bearing.  The emergency brake was still flashing but he said he fixed it.

I owned the car 42 days and then everything started. I had to have it towed and worked on at a different dealer because I HAVE HAD IT with the dealer I got it from. 2 times I had to take it to a different dealer, and the last time I asked them to inspect it because the inspection is due in Sept. After all this other stuff now the best news. IT WONT PASS INSPECTION BECAUSE THE FRAME IS TOTALLY RUSTED AND THERE ARE HOLES IN IT. You tell me they didnt see that when they "worked on rust on the brakes" and "wheel bearing". They put my life in danger and knew it the day I drove it off there lot. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done. I dont have 2 cents to my name and I refuse to make another payment. I only made 1 payment and all this started. I definately was RIPPED OFF
