Do I hate Samsung? Let me think... I've been on HOLD for over an hour with someone who's setting up a Recalled Appliance appointment to have my washer fixed. It's not only broke, it was re-called six+ months ago, and no one ever contacted me. I've called three separate times. First, talked with lady for 20 minutes, got cut off, she never called back. Second time, man from Mexican sweat-shop (I'm guessing) tries to talk me through an over-the-phone diagnostic, which fails, he says "run a load and I'll call you back in 1/2 hr". Never did call back. Now, I've called and they're "setting up my Re-Call technician"... or, that's what they said 65+ minutes ago, when I was put on hold. They're paying for the call...on 800 number. But I'm paying for the crappy washer I bought from them (which has never worked right). Joke's on them, because we're buying all new appliances for our kitchen. Guess how many of them will be Samsung?
