Straighttalk Refuses to refund my money after months of giving the run around! Internet

I bought a phone on the straighttalk website and they sent me two and charged me for two. I returned the second phone and straighttalk has given me the run around every since even denying that they received the phone. After being presented with a tracking number and a receiving date straighttalk still continued to deny receiving the phone. Months later and several hang ups and phone calls later straighttalk states that they sent a replacement phone to an old address in February and it is now April. I am a traveling nurse and have long since left that address. Why would straighttalk send a replacement for a phone that I needed a refund for? I was then told that it is my responsibility to track down this package that was supposedly sent out without confirming an address and that I would not receive a refund. This phone was almost $ 200 and it is unfair that this company has dim-witted employees who cannot understand simple consepts and are allowed to keep the phone and my refund! Something needs to be done to stop this from repeatedly happening!
