Talent 6 Charged a fee to become an extra in a movie or act in a movie. Discontinued it a year ago when I saw it was a scam and now they are charging my checking account for 19.80 without authorization. Hollywood California

Over a year ago, I was out of work and desperate for a job to support my daughter and I. I saw this Talent 6 Company and thought well maybe this would help until I obtain an full time job. They charged my account. I saw after two months that it didn't work. So it took three times of calling to get them to do something. But they were out of my life until recently. I just noticed on my checking account that they charged me again after a year without authorization for $19.80. I have called and no one will talk to me about refunding my money. They have a 800 number and they referred me to another customer service line. No one answered. Imagine that. I feel so stupid.
