I had a customer who needed to have an IMEI Repair done.  So I googled and found http://www.theunlockpros.com.  I paid $70 for their service.  Set up an appointment time and went ahead with the service.  Well I got a few customers in and was unable to keep my appointment.  So I called to ask for a refund since my customer wanted his phone back I refunded his money to him.  Well when I called the guy on the phone got smart with me and said he was not refunding s**t.  So I said I was filing a complaint with PayPal.  Later on that day after filing a complaint with PayPal the owner of the company called me yelling at me, threatening me among other things.  I have the recorded calls 1st one is mobile-repairs.us/record1.mp3 and the 2nd one mobile-repairs.us/record2.mp3.  Very Rude and unproffessional.

This is a pretty simple case of a customer missing their appointment and refusing to reschedule. We have an appointment system for many reasons. Most importantly, to keep things in some type of order and so our customers know when to expect us. We tried a first come first serve system for a little while and it was a huge mess and customers were not happy at all.

So this guy misses his appointment and refuses to reschedule. He demanded we do his phone right that moment. Now mind you he already filed a dispute with PayPal and we do not do any phones when an outstanding dispute is open. We are not visa or mastercard and we do not extend credit to first time customers. He calls up my customer service rep (which he mysteriously left out that recording) and reads him the riot act. And remember this is all because he missed his appointment and wanted us to bump some other customer. That will never happen. I mean you would think someone who is 30 years plus old would know how to show up for an appointment on time by now. Some kids never grow up I guess.

The bottom line is that this clown thought he was going to tell me how to run my business and in doing so I was suppose to screw one of my other customers because he missed his appointment. That is not how things run here. And when this clown starts paying my overhead and payroll, then and only then, he can start making policy decisions.

What set me off with this punk is he called my customer service rep every name other than the one his mother gave him. There is nothing that makes me more upset than some passive aggressive punk who cant show up for his appointment and has the audacity to disrespect my staff. All of my staff are valued assets to my business and I do not tolerate my staff being attacked for something that was no fault of their own.

The funny thing is that we completed his phone after he finally reschudeled his appointment. Wow, if he would of just did that in the first place. But some people are just born drama queens. End of story!
