Ordered a samsung galaxy repair service for $70 and two days after they fixed me phone the phone auit working. I contacted support numerous times over a few days until they finally got back to me. After I finally talked to them they started ignoring me until I messaged them again. Its been over two weeks now and technical support is still ignoring me and has not tried to help nor offer me a refund.
I feel completely letdown by this company and after spending $70 and having a fixed phone for two days im now getting ignored by all means of communication and I have been nothing but polite. I filed for a refund today 6-12-2014 lets see what happens. Ifbits anything like there technical support im sure ill just keep getting ignored.

No one has ignored you. We responded to you. You just did not like what you heard. It is amazing when people write these complaints they only bring up topics that are favorable to them and leave out the rest of the story. Hey Duane, why don't you tell everyone the whole story?
See Duane's problem is that he claims the original IMEI is now back on his phone and therefore his phone is blacklisted again. The only way that is possible is if you reset the EFS files and that isnt something that just happens. When we install a new IMEI that IMEI is permanent. Meaning you can factory reset the phone, update the phone's firmware, root it, flash roms, etc and it will not effect the IMEI we install one bit. Resetting the EFS files is complicated and requires the phone to be in a diagnostic mode and requires special software. Its not something that accidently happens. So, if this is the case we will not be responsible for your actions.
However, the more likely senario is that Duane thinks this is our first rodeo and is claiming the original IMEI is back on his phone in hopes that we are dumb enough to "fix it" again. But in reality Duane is trying to get a second phone done for free. But obviously Duane doesn't know that we log all IMEI'S, both original and the ones we install. So we find it suspicious when we ask Duane for the IMEI that he claims to be on the phone and that IMEI is not found in our logs.
We have been doing this for years and have done 10's of thousands of phones. This isnt the first time a customer has screwed up their phone on their own and expects us to fix it for free or has tried to get a second phone done for free under the guise its actually the original phone. Their last resort is usually writing a complaint in hopes of extorting free services from us.
That does not mean we do not make mistakes or nothing ever goes wrong. We have no problem honoring our guarantees and fixing any issues our customers may have. Actually we try to fit them in ASAP to fix any of those issues. However, at the same time, we will not allow anyone to take advantage of us. We try to protect ourselves against unfounded disputes and fraud like any other business does.
I personally GUARANTEE that if you come to us with honest intentions your phone will get fixed and you will walk away a happy customer.
