I have sent in numerous payments for my car note to them. They in turn called to say they never received the money after a couple of days the note was due.

My car is in my uncle's name. I too, asked them for the payoff but they wouldn't give it to me.

I am so sick and tired of them trying to give me the run around about the car note.

Where are the payments?

AUTHOR: Christopher - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 11, 2006

If they are not receiving them, maybe you should send them certified mail, or use online banking because when you use Online banking, the bank assures you of the delivery of the paymet on the day you specify.

I am sure that WFA isn't going to have nearly as easy of a time claiming the bank screwed up! You really can't trust these jugheads (Wells Fargo Acceptance) to do anything for your benefit. They are just padding their late fees and interest if you are sending them in like you say. So the 2 above methods should stop that. It sucks to pay 4 dollars to guarantee payments to be received (Certified), which makes Online banking a much better, and more appealing option. (I assume you have a checking account, and Wachovia has a great online network if you don't and want a good bank)

It occurs to me that WFA is just a massive predatorial lendor preying on the less fortunate ones who have had some trouble in their lives, and haven't had a silver spoon shoved up their bum! To all those that have been fortunate to have a very good family structure (rich mommies and daddies) to lean on, consider yourself lucky you don't have to deal with companies like Wells Fargo Accceptance!
