Wells Fargo Acceptance they are a ripoff they get you for your money with added extra insurace and they are unprofessional Chester Pennsylvania

I can not stand Wells Fargo!! When I got a car loan through them i thought they was a good bank to go through..I guess I was wrong. These people are just plain out rude . If you are having a rough time and you can not make the payment ..they will tell you to send the car back . They are not willing to work with you and that is a shame. All most all my creditors are willing to help or let me make the payment late ..Also i didnt have insurance for 3 days due to me switching companies. And within those three days they add over $621 onto my account.

So i was paying a extra $137 for insurance and that was not full coverage. Now what a*s will do that ..only Wells Fargo Acceptance will do that to you . And when i faxed them my insurance paper they did not take my insurance off til 2 months later . Then i started to get demand letters if i didnt pay the outstanding balance .I was like these people are tripping . One of my friends got her car repo and when she went to pick it up , it was the hardest thing for her to do .

And the people that was working at the recovery place told her that it wil be best if she got out of her contract with Wells Fargo because to many people have problems with them. Now if they are telling people that , then we all know NOBODY should mess with Wells Fargo. If you need a loan please try to go somewhere else. Nobody deserve to be treated they way they treat people . And the funny thing is that all the people that work there probaly have loans through them and hate them too ..
