Wells Fargo Acceptance ripoff, abusive, do not give options ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I got my car loan with these people about 7 months ago. They call constantly claiming that my payments are past due, but they never are. They have taken credit card payments over the phone when I just found out they do not accept credit cards. they make me pay via western union and this costs me $25 extra a month. Their operators never write anything on your file and when they call they have no idea of the dealings you talked of in the past.

They call me 3 times a day claiming that i owe them for insurance on my car when my car has insurance and I have sent proof of this tons of times. They are charging me 22% interest on the loan, I thought this was illegal but apparently is not. I wish I never signed with them, I wish I could find another finance institution to pay this loan off and get under them.

Wells Fargo Acceptance is not the same as Wells Fargo and apparently have nothing to do with each other, so you can't go to the branch and pay your loan. They do not offer any other payment method other than check (and they do not draft the check promptly) or western union (in average costs 25 bucks for a quick collect).

Do not do business with these people.
