I ordered a product from Xymox Percussion in May of 2019 called the Hybrid Snare Drum. I still have not received the product. There have been excuses made as to why there were delays but those have stopped and now all communications are sutomated emails with no new information. There customer service is not where it should be and they are sending products out to customers but not mine. I want answers and I want what I ordered.
