Xymox Percussion Kevin Heuerman Tenor pad ordered and paid for but not delivered after 5 months and no returned communication Ontario california

I ordered a tenor drum pad on the Xymox Percussion website(Order # 10918)in November 2013, my credit card was billed ($260), and I received a notice with a tracking number (Dec. 4) that it would ship on Dec 16, 2012 (UPS # 1Z60E4V60341867328).

Since it was a Christmas gift, I emailed them several times to change the shipping address (I was having it shipped to my office, but as it got closer to Christmas and no pad had arrived, I was afraid it would arrive during the holiday, so I wanted to change it to my house). I got no response except a notice that a shipping label had been created on Christmas Day. That is the end of the trail. There has been no update on the UPS teacking site since then.

Their Facebook page has "updates" about how they are shipping everything ordered between September and December by a certain date, and people post when their pads arrive. But some who have posted ordered pads after we did.

We have repeatedly emailed Kevin Heuerman and Jen through the Xymox site and the Facebook page (where they have not accepted my request to join, so I cannot post or write directed individual messages). We have not received one response, and needless to say, we have not received our pad. I have even thought to ask friends who live in SoCal to go to their warehouse for me and track them down, but there is no address or phone number published on their website.

They continue to take orders and post updates, and I am furious that they just won't communicate and complete the ones they HAVE that have been paid for.  It was my only Christmas gift to my son (single mom), and now he has only 2 drumline competitions left in high school.  No pad, no money.  Piss poor way to do business, and they shouldn't get away with it.
