I bought my son a percussion instrument from xymox Percussion, online store, on 12/16/2013. It is now 3/31/2014 and I have still not received the product. I paid $123.41 for it and they received my funds. They are unavailable to contact. They do not respond to emails or the email I write them gets kicked back to me. They do not answer their phone nor do they have voicemail so I can leave a message. I want my money back immediately. This company is a scam. They take your money and don't deliver the product, and then they are unavailable to discuss the issue. Several other of my son's band friends ordered instruments through this company and did not receive their product and did not get a return.
