I ordered my tenor practice pads on october 24 and on the website it promised shipping withing 2-8 weeks. It has been 4 months since I ordered from xymox and they still have not shipped the practice pads. Over and over I have emailed them asking the status on my practice pads and they always promise a new date that the pads will be shipped but everytime has resulted in the pads not being shipped.
The company has failed to meet the minimum amount of customer satisfaction and constantly lied to me. I have disputed the purchase with the credit card company in hopes that they will respond with a true shipping date and resolve this issue.
I WOULD NOT buy from xymox percussion EVER again... STAY FAR AWAY!!!
