After placing an order with Xymox Percussion back in December of 2013, my credit card was immediately charged, and I was informed it would be 4 to 6 weeks shipping time. Here it is March 25, 2014 and I have not received what I ordered, or any commitment as to when I might expect it. They will not respond to my emails, there is no working phone with which to reach them, and I am convinced now that I have been ripped off.
My online research has definiely confirmed that I'm one of very many who have been burned by this company, so I really don't expect to see my product or a refund of my money. I have filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General's Office against them, as well as the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. The best I can hope for is that I can help prevent others from ripped off by this company. They are arrogent, unresponsive, and have no clue as to what ethical business practices are all about.
In conclusion: DON'T DEAL WITH XYMOX PERCUSSION!!!
