I ordered two practice pads in September 2013 during the BOGO sale.  The money was immediately debited from my account.  This was intended to be Christmas gifts but obviously that didn't happen.  I have contacted Xymox many times. I usually get a catty response about their not being able to take care of production due to the customers bugging them by email.  Even the nicest and only professional response I received ended with them blaming the consumer inquiries for their poor production schedule.  I have had a home custom built in six months.  Why cant they produce two pads in that amount of time?  At this point I feel like they are using the money they have collected to float their business.  It seems to be a pretty good scam they are working. No product is worth waiting six months.  I have requested a refund and filed a complaint with the BBB.  Dont do business with these thieves!
