Xymox Percussion lies, doesn't deliver, RUDE, Kevin Heuerman, Jen Plumhoff Internet

Ordered November 8...they charged my card November 12.  The order was supposed to be shipped within 2-6 weeks according to the Xymox website.  2-6 weeks versus over 3.5 months is a HUGE difference.  I was emailed a tracking number on November 25, but it is invalid.  To this day, if I track it, I'm told only that the label was created...the item was never taken to UPS for shipping.

As of today(Feb 21, 2014), I have not received a valid tracking number stating that the pads are in transit...nor have I received a refund.  The only way I got them to even respond to me was to post a negative comment on their group on Facebook.  

That's another thing.  They created a FB "group" rather than a "business" page.  They do this so they can block and delete any negative information.  Had they created a true business page, customers would be able to write reviews.  

Upon finally getting a response, Kevin and Jen were EXTREMELY rude in emails as well as over the phone.  Threatening even.  I was told that in order not to deal with someone like me they would just cancel the order.  The refund was supposed to post within 4 days.  That was over a week ago.  After that along with countless promises over the last 2 months that the item would "ship this coming week," I have given up on getting the item.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will hopefully get my money back.
