AMS Asset Management Specialists This company is a complete RIPOFF... Bristol PA

AMS is a very poor excuse for a management company.  I have never saw such a poor quailty job done by such a large company.  I have lost around $15,000 last year or since they got th fannie contract in michigan and have quit doing trash outs because they will find anything not to pay.  There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them and an investigation into they ethics and contractors used. From my view since they cannot find anyone they are using uninsured contractors to get the jobs completed.  I was told my an employee managment put wints on hold to save money and thousands of properties froze solid.  They are loosing money in the state from what I heard and are trying to make cuts everywhere they can.  Why do you think after 89 days most of the staff is fired?  So they dont have to give benefits. 

 I worked with AMS for 4 years and was recently laid off. I did A LOT for this company by the way. Lee Mertins and Jerry Mavelia are the biggest money hungry crooks you can imagine. The MOB has NOTHING on these degenerates! I started off working in the Audit Department and Lee Mertins and Jerry Mavelia had to "approve" the contractors invoices before we sent them to the PayRoll department (Dottie). Lee would disapprove EVERYTHING!! Saying we "didn't take enough money off of this invoice" my response would be "there is nothing to take off, they DID the work!" and he would tell me to go over the invoice again and ding them for every little thing. And I did, because like the rest of struggling America, I have bills and needed my job. Needless to say, I was "transferred" to the QC department where I finally didn't have to deal with Lee Mertins or Jerry Mavelia. I was so happy to get laid off from this company. It was the BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME! If you are reading this and are thinking about becoming a contractor for AMS, please please please please thing again.. i'm begging you! They will take your money and there will be nothing you can do about it. Read the fine print on the applications for employment. READ EVERY SENTENCE! I sat in on meetings, my desk was right near Lee's office and I would hear him EVERYDAY just hacking off money from these invoices of contractors who were busting their butts working and cleaing these filthy houses. He didn't care, as he drove in on a company paid Infinity everyday, and was taking vacations to Bora bora annually on the money he "saved the company" by ripping off hard working contractors.

Ok i'm done going on because I can go on about this company for DAAAAAYS!! Like I said PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR FREE...

 This company left us stranded as well. We complied with all of the work orders just to find out when it was time to get paided the would find a reason to not pay us. all are a signed properties where taken away as well, giving us a excuse that we were not maintaning them correctly. month after month we had to fight for what was ours. if you made a sink about there mistake they would not give you any more work.  i am sure that fannie mae or freddie mac is not aware of how they are operating. i would love to find out how i can contact them just to bring this all to light. this company has made us lose over thousands of dollars.
