Samsung Samsung rifrigerayor,pronlem with defrost system creates loud noise,lost all my food....called customer support,tells me 6 to 10 business days for repair tech to contact me. On line and including Best buy where I pirchased 4 yrs. Ago model no.R265RDRSXAA......samsung is aware of defect a d still sells items. Nest buy is awate of defect and continues to sell it. However best buy said I should have purchased a warranty. Ridgefield park New Jersey

Purchased samsung refrigerator  4byrs. Ago from best buy paramus n.j.  odel no.R265RDRSXAA, I researched on line this model and most of their refrigerator  have a defect in the defrost system....i lost all my food.I contacted samsung customer care...they said 6 to 10 business days for a phone call to get a tech to me. Unacceptable, this is a problem on samsung. How cojld big box sgores knowingly  sell defective products and then tell the customer they didnt purchase warranty. Therefor problem is on consumer to find a way to get repaired and pay....i believe it is both companies responsibility  to mention and own up to defect. Make a recall and fix at their expense ,not the consumers expense
