I demand an official arbitration with Amazon through its corporate office. Amazon declared this arbitration available, but never set it up.

 

The arbitration I requested, must occur before the federal court decides- if the wrong fulfillment must be treated same rules as selling the counterfeit. I will try to prepare such a case, not for money, but for the well-being and the rights of millions of customers in the USA! I need to ask the corporate office about sustainability -because Amazon officially declared it follows the aim of sustainability. Next, the Convenience of the clients must be the priority, in a situation like the boxes I received recently- the client is already a victim, (not receiving what he paid for) and Amazon caused him to suffer further losses, being separated from the money he paid, required spending resources like time to wait, observe account, time and gas  to bring the item back to the post office, with no consideration of how do client feels today, if he is disabled, low income, has kids, or car not moving- no matter, in Amazon's opinion, he is supposed to correct the errors caused by Amazon violating its own rules- the rule Amazon Resale must check every package before sending it to the customers.

 

What happened is a counterfeit in a trade! This is not a burden on the customers' side. If Amazon wants to perform honest online trade, the best solution -is to take pictures of the all items sent from Amazon.com and Amazon Resale. The next question is about support from the Philippines who have no responsibility for everything they say. Many of those "support guys" are liars and accuse each other of providing wrong information.

 

For example, one rep from the Philippines said he proceeded refund to my account, after a few hours I chatted back, and said the money was not sent, and another rep said that the first rep made a mistake. That support guys always provide controversial statements and explain they have no access to databases. It was on my memory and screenshots as well, multiple times, when representatives issued different"solutions". The last question is when Amazon reps always promise to take care of bad sellers, remove them from the platform, or force them to inform customers of the items they sell, Amazon never follows these promises, and the same scam sellers use the same scam tactics despite all promises. As an example saw the bike that had a pre-order, told the item would be available in the next month. I chatted with Amazon and they convinced me to buy and said it's a good seller.

 

The next month nothing was available, and it was so hard to get my money back. After a few months, I saw many complaints about the seller, but Amazon continue to support these scams. Dozens of angry reviews, Amazon tried to delete them all, instead of deleting the seller from the platform. We need the physical stores returned in the USA, this online trade has become full of scams and inconveniences. It's time to officially get arbitration. I will publish it on social media until this arbitration takes place, and we make the same conclusion regarding all these above-mentioned matters.
