Wow; so I say someone is the best choice; state the facts and now I rip people off too?  The internet is a wonderful place to vent; I guess because it offers both sides to the story.



Ok; so Yes I do business with 50 below; and they do Refer customers to me; we hope because we have a reputation of being a good supplier with lots of satisfied cusotmers.



We don't answer the phones all the time because it cost money to pay people to set by a phone. We charge a restock fee because our supplier charges a restock fee, we make money because we have to in order to stay in business.



I don't think we've done anything that we don't state we will do in our terms and conditions.



By the way; I'm better qualified than most to say 50 Below is better because I HAVE WEBSITES WITH ALL THREE! 50 below does a site for us; ARI does a site for us and PSN does a site for us.  Hands down the 50 below site is the easiest to navigate; has the most accurate and complete information and results in the best sales for us.



I hope businesses and conusumers will realize that businesses that do business according to their terms and conditions (or what they said they were going to do) are not rip-offs; they are businesses, and that customers that are not happy with them normally just made a bad decision and want to blame someone else.

1.) Everyone expects you to defend 50below.  That is because they are directing much of their new clients, and every one of their dealers that isn't already setup with accounts, to buy OEM Parts from you.  It's like, don't bite the hand that feeds you.... exactly the case here.

2.) You have your own tricks and scams up your sleeve.  We have dealt with World of Powersports for years as well, and you have done nothing more than lead us on and try to screw us out of every possible cent you could get.  30% restocking fee here, already been 30 days sorry, we didn't feel like answering phones, you need to post a ticket.  I have heard it all.  It doesn't matter what happens.  You do your best to not answer calls or respond to tickets.  Then you want to raise rates just for doing your job. 

No we are very aware of the operation you are running as well.  Because we have gone through our books and it looks like you have profited thousands over the years from misc. charges here and there most of the time without notifying us.  We will file a detailed ripoffreport for our situation on that as well.

Lets not even act like you are the largest of anything.  You get your microfiche that makes it all possible from HLSM not 50below.  It is not even on your own server.  Your site isn't even on your own server.

Everyone should know, you can get the same microfiche directly from ARI or HLSM for about the same fee you are paying with 50below.  So all this talk about being big and bad... you are all talking about someone else product.  HLSM.

Remember what I said about 50below's dealers?

1st) 50 Below is our website provider so we are aware their business practices and processes.

2nd) we are in the Motorcycle Industry and getting data to build catalogs is difficult and time consuming.  While there are better back office applications; none of them have data on the products so if a person launched an OS Commerce Site they would have to enter each product into the catalog manually.  50 below websites come with the data already loaded.

Anyway - I'm sorry that this person's experience was bad with 50 Below.  We've had nothing but great experiences; they have customized the shopping cart, added feature pages and modified the catalog as we requested.
