Before reading the situation please note all of my customer metrics had green check marks which means I complied with all of amazon's guidelines for selling. My lifetime feedback was 97% positive with over 400 ratings. There was no reason for them to close my account based on the selling policies that amazon has.... Oh and they are holding $37,000 of my money and I have no idea if I am ever going to get it back. They just closed my account and robbed me. I called seller support and contacted amazon every which way possible and I still get the same automated emails and seller support is clueless on why the account was suspended.

Situation:

May 11th
Updating inventory and then all of a sudden amazon seller account is blocked without notification and no email.

May 13th
get an email from amazon stating they need to verify billing information (which has not changed). I send the required information and then 30 minutes later I get this email:

"Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for writing about your selling account. Your account has been closed and you are no longer eligible to sell on our site. Please note that we will be unable to correspond further about this situation.

The blocking of your account is a permanent action. We take such steps in the interest of maintaining a free and fair venue for all participants.

Regards,

Seller Performance Team"

WTF?!?!?!?!?! No justice? No rebuttal? No explanation? Just BAM your banned and there is nothing you can do about it. I'm pretty sure this is illegal to do and stealing $37,000, well that is definitely illegal. What the hell Amazon? I filed a complaint with the BBB and now im ranting here.

I have funds withheld and account in review because they assume I am running two accounts but share with my daughter who now closed all her listings. None the less I wanted to know if you got your money? I am considering a class action suit against them, if interested contact me.

Amazon has probably hundreds of thousands of customers in this section. I'm with you, but I'm not sure how they could man a call center like that.
