Americatel ripoff fraudulent billing ripoff business from hell Miami Florida

This Rip-off company has tried to railroad my Nana into paying a $1500 phone bill on a phone number that she has never owned.

I called the "customer service" line and was told that in order to get this rectified I would have to provide "written proof" even though I had my Nana's local service provider online with me telling these loosers that my Nana had never owned that telephone number. Apparently verbal confirmation of this was insufficient. The like their proof in blood.

I filed a complaint with the FCC, BBB & FTC. I also plan on calling the media to expose their awful business practices.

Consumer BEWARE, you don't even have to use or have a phone inorder to get screwed by these people!

This company thinks that the Elderly have no voice, well guess what My Nana does, she has me!
