Americatel This company ripp costumersbybilling for services no provided and refused to refound it. Rockville Maryland

 I called to claim credit for 1 or 2 minutes chrged to my account for 11 months. the gave me credit for 3 months only. the other months were dennied becouse  I was supposed to call before. The manager of Americatel on October 13, 2014 she directed me to clm the  other months credit in th ecompany web side , but it was not posible.

The same manager she recomend to cancel my accunt on the wrong day and I was charged and extra month for1/3 day service. The cacellation of the service must be recomended by the manager in the correct day for the benefit of the costumer.

When I call to cancelled the account the representative of Americal told if I want to have my money back. and the credit for the extra month charged if I keep open the account with them. It was deshonest . It is an act of bribery.

I trust this company but at the end I felt that they took my money and it was not honestly returned to me.
