Broadbandoffers Can't wait forever for a rebate, or even information for that matter Internet

Hi Folks,
Are you also waiting for your rebate notification, or even the ability to find out where it is? Me, too. It has been three(3) months since I sent it in.
My credit card company says that they can't help me, so I guess I have to look for a group of people who would be willing to file a class action suit against them. I don't think I'll be asking the Attorney General to stand up for our rights to fight big business, but in california, there may be a provision which protects consumers from fraudulant policies over the internet. But it is a inter-state transaction and who knows what rights we have under this administration.
