They have overcharged me numerous times. Offerred credits that were never carried out. Ruined my home alarm at one time tampering with the wires and didn't wish to pay for it. Then said I had credits and promised to carry them out and didn't. I get outrageous charges. One time it was for long distance when I was to get free local and long distance and they said some third party ordered this on my line without my consent? The list goes on and on and on.
All I can say if that I tried one time to go with another carrier for my phone and they intercepted that. Which was a violation of my right. I don't get how crooked they are and get away with it but the people who are paid to regulate companies should get on their J o B and do something about this particular company.
I've never seen such crookedness in my lifetime with one company and it's not even funny. I refuse a dime after going thru all my bills and seeing how they overcharged me month after month then try and convince me that it's just when it is simply not. I refuse to let them take me for any more money they didn't earn and the absorbant bills that just don't add up to what I agreed to pay them to begin with. It just doesn't add up. It makes no sense and when you call you get the run around and no one there knows how to add.
They lie and say they will give you credit for them screwing up yet not apply the credits. Then the next month send a bill stating you owe them 400 or 200 and when you add up what you should be all them months at the price you agreed on. You realized you been getting raped all along. Enough is enough.
I turned them in to the federal trade commission for making me have to call them every month from day one and allowing them my business. Lets see if they can handle the adding up of the figures. I'm just not accepting this no more. I'm fed up with this.
The people are so rude and no customer relation skills and totally don't have any sense how to deal wit the public to begin with and don't solve any matter you call them on. It's all to their own greed and benefit and you never get anywhere when you do call but lies and empty promises which don't get handled correctly.
I'm sure they are use to nothing but complaints. BECAUSE they are such a GREAT COMPANY? I owned a company 14 years complaint free. I've ran a government loan office at 17 in a ceta program and I've worked for the city. I'm now a foster parent of two. I've had the best of the best and moved out here and so regret using them to begin with.
They owe me money and I'm not going to overpay them whether or not they like it. Proof is in the bills. And it's on the federal trade commissions desk right now. There are some people who allow themselves to be ripped off. Then there are some who Don't.
