I was enticed to join CenturyLink's Prism by a #300.00 prepaid visa. I signed up for CenturyLink in March 2014. The customer service lady who signed me up said she would process the request for my $300.00 prepaid visa and I should get it within 6-12 weeks after the installation date.  The installation date was March 26, 2014.  I waited until August and still had not received the visa.  

I contacted CenturyLink who now claimed I was supposed to submit a request through a getmygiftcard website. I did that in August 2014, which meant I now would have to wait more. I waited until October and still had not received my $300.00 prepaid visa. I went on the website to check the "status" and it said "denied" and it also said set to ship out on November 11.  I contacted CenturyLink to see what was going on and was told they don't handle the issues with the cards. I would have to contact another number.  So I decided to wait until after the date it was allegedly going to be shipped.  

It is now December 1, 2014, I have no prepaid visa and when I go on the website, it now does not recognize me. It has been more than 8 months and I have never received the very item which made me go with CenturyLink in the first place.
