Century Link QWEST Lying and Manipulative Company to get your money TX

Back in August I cancelled the service with Century Link regarding their internet service not working half of the times..I've been ripped and took advantage of from this company since..When I signed up with these people back in 2003, the company said that we will take you if you have any problems..I salute to that comment because they were just lying to get you fell for their sweet conversation..They were advertising some fake and unconstitutional message to get people spending money and I know for sure that they don't give a crap about anything.  I canceled my service in August of this year because I was tired of being ripped and they didn't care or did anything about it..I was charged to use 3.0 GB and I found out that I was only using 1.5 for 5 years I had the internet service..I told them to fix the problem or credit me back and they said there is nothing I could do for that..well, I don't have proof that they said that because I didn't record the conversation then..so finally I cancelled the service..Back in August 15, 2013, I cancelled the service I was done with this company..and they sweet voice me and said that I was their best customer and this and that..but I found out that they said the same thing to everyone I know that they cancelled their service with Century Link..After I cancelled the service I received the paper to return the lease modem I used during the bad connection internet service..I remembered went to UPS returned the modem and luckily they printed out the tracking number receipt, but I lost the receipt. After 3 months I returned the modem, I received a collection letter from Century Link commanding their modem charge because they never received it..I was upset because they sent me the return paper that went in the box with the modem stated the account number, the person's name, the address that was sent from and all the other craps they need, I was trying to be safed...I called Century Link about the charges and they said that they never received it..so I told them that the modem is sitting in their warehouse, but they just wanted customer to pay for something that they already received. I was really upset so I went to the UPS with my name and my address to research the package I sent in August..I was amaized when they pulled out the confirmation that Century Link received the package in August 20th 2013 and it was signed Jenny Hernandez at the dock..I went far and beyond to get what I deserve because I just don't want Century Link to get any more penny from me..Century Link wanted to rip off every customers if they left their company for a better company..Century Link advertised false documents and false services to get people attention, and then when a customer decided to leave, they will get even by charging the customers whatever it necessary to get what the customer deserve..For the record people..when you send something back to Century Link..KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OR A TRACKING NUMBER.
