I was directed to a free trail after doing a survey online. I received the free trial arrived and before I could tell of it worked, they charged my checking account over 89.00 for a bottle of cream.  When I tried to go back to the website, it didn't exist.  I finally found the receipt and called the number on there and got customer service and was able to cancel any future shipments. Heres keeping my fingers crossed I get my money back. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE TIAL ON THE INTERNET.

Dermasoft Purecell Signed me up for recurring shipments without my permission. Refused to refund for unauthorized shipments. THREATENED me with legal action, investigations into my IP address, etc. Finally agreed to a 50% rebate on shipments. Only because my credit card company was on the line with me! California Internet

DermaSoft and Purecell I responded to a facebook triall ad for Purecell Eye cream and Dermasolft skin care. Both were $4.95 each. I was horrified when I saw two 89.95 charges on my bank statement two weeks later. One box from DermaSoft was still in the it's UPS box. I called both numbers listed and both companies said the same thing. It's listed on the website after 2 weeks you'll be charged the full amount for the product. I looked carefully over that entire site and I could not find that information anywhere. Santa Ana California
