Empire Today My entire house (2400 sq ft) was installed by Empire in July 2013. I have been dealing with John Nilsen in Customer Service since then. My floors are buckling and need to be repaired!! I have had 2 inspectors out, one told me the installers didn't use enough nails the other told me it sounds like "the floors are cracking". John will no longer answer my e-mails and I WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE!!!! chalfont Pennsylvania

I didn't pay $16,750 for my floors to fall apart! Empire is suppose to cover the mistakes their installers made but instead I am being completely ignored!!! I have a recording of what my hardwood floors sound like and I have been and will continue to let everyone I come in contact with hear Empire’s poor quality of work!
My entire house (2400 sq ft) was installed by Empire in July 2013. I have been dealing with John Nilsen in Customer Service since then. My floors are buckling and need to be repaired!! I have had 2 inspectors out, one told me the installers didn't use enough nails when installing the hardwood, the other told me it sounds like "the floors are cracking".
John in customer service will no longer answer my e-mails and I WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE!!!! I didn't pay $15,950 for my floors to fall apart! Empire is suppose to cover the mistakes their installers made but instead I am being completely ignored!!! I have a recording of what my hardwood floors sound like and I have been and will continue to let everyone I come in contact with hear Empire’s poor quality of work!
To make things worse, one of the installers went to the bathroom in a trash bag and left it on the side of my house for me to clean up. They also ran over my water meter at the end of my driveway.
DON'T USE EMPIRE!!!!!!!!
