I purchased wood flooring from Empire Today store.
When we asked about the floor durabiliy, We were told the wood bamboo panels would wear well. Upon installation actually immedatedly after the floor was laid down. We noticed scratches. My husband and I live alone in the house, no little children,no pets. and we wear slippers in the home.
We raised complaints to the store and home office. A inspector came to look at
the floor and agreed with us the floor had way to many scratches.. Best results we obtained was an offer of another floor of equal or lesser value. But we would have to pay for installation, which would cost us another 2,000.00. we found that unacceptable, considering the cost of the flooring was $7,000.00.
We are not happy at all.We would never give any business to Empire today ever again. We tell all our friends Never use Empire Today.
