Empire today Service not completed Orlando Nationwide

 First the sales had made an estimates for the room and living room .. after signing everything was ok.. When the installation team arrived for my surprise the room was not included. So i call in to cancel and the cancellation agent was able to get the room approved for the same amount that i paid, but i had to wait some days for the room since they did not have the materialthe living room was installed, but has been 10 days Calles 5 times and i am not able to get in touch with nobody that can help The information that they provide me that the sales manager will be calling me on the next 24 business hours that promise has been 5 days with no return .. everything i call they give me the same answer and i am not able to get it resolved , also i asked for a copy of the actual contract and they deny it to me .. spoke with 2 supervisors that didint do nothing to help I am at the end of my hopes.. i think they are trying to screw me and will never install the flooring on my room .. i would never recommend empire and they are very very expensive for the worst flooring company onthe market.. So unlucky to have choose this company could have save thousand of dollars and had the job done completed and corrected Just want my flooring installed and will never want to hear about empire today anymore, hope the CEO or someone that can resolve the companies issue reads this Disappointing
