Empire Today Wood Floor Installation Atlanta Nationwide

I had wood floors installed in my newly purchased home by Empire today on 4/7/17. A couple weeks later my floor buckled and bubbled in one area, it was not even one month installed. I contacted Empire Today and they sent back their contractors to inspect the floor. The moisture reading in the area of the buckling and bubbling was 78, they claimed that the prior moisture reading was 4.5. I was then told by Empire to call a plumber, I did, he came out inspected and found no leaks. He then advised that I contact a heating and air company in which I did, they came out and found no leaks. Empire is now stating that they do not cover moisture and is refusing to repair my floor.  Empire advised that if I want the floor repaired it would cost $1295.95. Empire stated I initialed the box where it says the low moisture reading.  I should have checked to make sure the moisture reading was correct. I asked how was I suppose to know where and how to check for moisture. I advised that the contractors did not take the reading in the area where its now bubbling & buckling. She said no matter they did not cover moisture. Now my floor are ruined and I have to take them to small claims court.
