Live technician They Charged me $100 for getting my hacked email but they really helped me out. Las vegas las vegas/NV

I called them as my password on my account was saying that it has been changed recently. My number was wrong so there was no way to get my account back. I tried contacting google but they dont have and number to reach out. Finally i called Live Technician and It took 3 hours for them to recover my password and get the hackers information out from my account. The thing i did not likre was that they charged my $100. for that. I thought it should have been free.

Later i found that they are not getting payed from google and they help customer for money. I dont know what to say and i called them back to delete my account so that i can get a new account and asked my money back. They said that they cannot refund the money as the technicians spent three hours helping me. I asked help from my bank and finally when the bank called them they refunded my money. The only problem is that they did not tell me in begining that there is a $100 charge. I would have not taken three hours of their technicians.
