Palisades is reporting that I owe $489.00 for an old AT&T account. I paid this account in full about 5 years ago when I left them. I sent a letter for them to verify my account and told them I wanted to see something with my signture and something from AT&T that I still owe them. They sent a letter back of an old bill and thats it. They said that the debt in question has been validated. They have no information on me and nothing from AT&T saying that I owe anything. I am writng to the Attoney Generals Office. Is they anything else I can do to nail this company. I am also going to have to file a lawsuit against them. Any thing else I should do?
