I cannot believe this!!!! I am refinancing my mortgage and ready to close the loan when the bank says I have a delinquency from Palisade Collection. First, I cannot find them anywhere. I called the 201 # on here and they answer with a different company. Second, I never had an ATT Wireless account!!! Thirdly, you try and call ATT (which is now Cingular) and you cannot get thru to anyone without your ATT cell phone number----which I never had.

This is a total fraud...I will be contacting the credit bureaus tomorrow and possibly the Attorney General's office. Help!!!!!!
