Payday-Loan-Yes We had made payment arrangements and they took $510 out of my account unauthorized Internet

I had taken out a payday loan with this company. on the date of my first payment, for some reason my bank did not authorize it. so in turn, this company contacted me by email, as i am deaf, and told me that I owe them $510 but they were settling for $375. So we set up arrangements for dates further out because I am going into the hospital for surgery. for the first payment on 8/8 was supposed to be $100 but instead, before I did any payment to them, they debited my account the full $510. Now my rent check has bounced, my car payment and several other things have bounced now leaving my account almost $1000 overdrawn. They are not working with me, I have contacted my bank to get my money back and have heard nothing from them either. I don't know what to do but I should have known that they were a rip off.
