I have been awaiting payment from payza for 2 amounts of cash 1 of 400 which payza claim to have paid, although my bank statement shows nothing received. I also have a payment which shows pending, and has been pending since 30/08/69, with a promise that payment will be made in 3-5 working days.

Customer service is completely useless and all attempts to contact payza result in the same outcome, which is a recorded message. This purely compounds the frustration.

Disgruntled customers deserve better, however I fear the worst for my cash, as I am certain that it will be announced by major news organisations all over the world, of a major, possibly the worlds largest scam.

Would other dissatisfied customers consider holding a protest outside of the parent company MH Pillars that are based in London. In an attempt to get their money back?

Bogus claim

I would be upset too if a company held my money since 1969. That predates the Internet. Okay just kidding.

I highly doubt payza is a scam. Either you are doing something wrong or there is a miscommunication. People always get their money with payza unless you are a scammer or fraudster. If they sent the money, then they did and you just need to wait for it. If this is your first transaction, then make sure your bank details are correct. If you have done withdrawal in the past, then I don't know why you have not received it. So many times, people post complaints when a lot of times it's the members fault as well. Not saying this is the case for you, but just saying.

Have you emailed them if phone calls are not working? If you don't fall into a category of being a scammer, as I doubt you are, then things will get resolved soon I hope.. I understand your frustration as it deals with money.

I've been a member for over 5 years.
